Rowston Holiday Park is situated on the edge of the village of New Hedges in Pembrokeshire, conveniently located mid-way between the coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby. Privately owned by The Hean Castle Estate, the Park is currently embracing a new chapter in it’s history, as the Estate embarks upon its complete reconstruction and extension to create one of the most desirable and prestigious Parks in the area.
When the redevelopment of the Park is complete, Rowston will host 172 Holiday Homes, with a further 15 Seasonal Tourers on its 32 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, together with woodland walks which lead directly to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the secluded Waterwynch Beach.
The opportunity to redevelop the Park from the ground up has given us the ability to include every possible facility for our Holiday Home Owners, together with an architecturally designed layout where every plot is positioned to make the most of its natural surroundings whilst respecting the beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park which surrounds us.
Reception
Your first point of contact – centrally located for easy access from all areas of the park and manned 7 days a week.
Launderette
Modern on-site laundry facilities for your convenience, located near the main reception building.
Play Area
A dedicated outdoor play area set within the park grounds for families and younger guests.
Beach Paths
Two dedicated private pathways lead directly from the park down to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and on to Waterwynch Beach.
Dog Friendly
Well behaved dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a short lead and only exercised in the designated areas.
Woodland & Green Space
Plenty of open space and private paths through mature woodland providing natural beauty and opportunities for fresh air and exercise.
EV Chargers
Two fast EV charge points are located by Reception, with the opportunity for EV charging at your Holiday Home upon request.
Seasonal Touring
15 Seasonal touring pitches will be made available in a future phase of development.
Toilet Block
Modern amenity block providing clean, well-maintained facilities for the use of seasonal touring guests.
